Sylvetta Christmas is an Executive Producer and production leader with more than 20 years of experience turning ambitious creative ideas into well-executed productions. Her career spans advertising agencies, in-house and corporate teams, television networks and streaming platforms, production companies and independent production.
Having worked her way from Production Assistant to Executive Producer, Sylvetta brings hands-on knowledge of the entire production lifecycle — from creative development, budgeting and bidding through staffing, production, post and final delivery. Her experience spans film and television, commercial advertising, photography, digital and social content, documentary, creator-led campaigns, corporate communications, live events and experiential activations.
She has managed budgets exceeding $18M and multidisciplinary teams of 150+, combining creative investment with rigorous financial accountability and a calm, collaborative leadership style.
